Leather Full Body Straitjacket Suit
A full body straitjacket suit is a one-piece leather outfit that pairs a straitjacket top with full body coverage, holding the arms crossed over the chest. This one is hand-cut from full-grain cowhide, double-stitched and fitted with solid metal buckles, rivets and D-rings. It is made for consensual adult bondage play.
Full-grain cowhide feels heavy and firm in the hand, at about 3 to 5 kg (a little more with the leather lining). New leather is stiff for the first few wears, then softens and warms to the body. Each suit is handmade to order and ships in 7 to 12 business days.
Key Features
Full-grain cowhide. The outer is full-grain leather, the strongest grade, hand-cut for each order.
Double-stitched seams. Seams are sewn twice, so straps and D-rings hold under pull.
Solid metal hardware. Buckles, rivets and D-rings are solid metal.
Closed mitten sleeves. Each sleeve ends in a closed mitt with a D-ring at the tip. Three buckled straps run down each arm, and a centre strap holds the arms crossed over the chest.
Four straps per leg. Buckled straps at the thigh, above and below the knee and at the ankle, each with D-rings.
One long zip. It runs from the collar down the back and through the crotch, so the suit opens wide to step into.
Closed feet and high collar. The legs end in integrated feet with their own zips, and a stand-up collar covers the neck.
Two linings. Polyester lining comes as standard. A leather lining costs £85 extra and feels warmer against the skin.

How to Use
Only wear this suit with a sober, trusted partner who stays in the room the whole time. Agree on a safe word and a non-verbal signal, and keep safety shears within reach before you start.
Open the long zip fully and undo every arm and leg strap. Open the foot zips.
The wearer steps into the legs and feet, then slides the arms into the sleeves.
The partner closes the zip from the crotch up to the collar, then closes the foot zips.
Cross the arms over the chest and fasten the centre strap.
Buckle the three straps on each arm, then the four straps on each leg. You should fit two fingers under every strap.
Check hands and feet every few minutes. Cold, numb, tingling or pale fingers or toes mean loosen straps at once.

Sizing and Fit
Measure chest, waist, sleeve length, height and shoe size over thin clothing, with a helper holding the tape. Measure the sleeve from the centre back of the neck, over the shoulder, to the wrist. It matters most, because the closed sleeves must be long enough for the arms to cross and strap at the front.

Chest, waist and sleeve follow a standard UK menswear size chart . Height and shoe size are typical ranges for each size. Check every row against your suit's actual pattern before publishing, and adjust any that differ.
The suit should be snug through the body with room to breathe deeply. It is made to order in standard sizes, not to your measurements, so check the chart before you order. If you sit between two sizes, choose the larger one, since straps can tighten but the cut cannot grow.
Care and Cleaning
After each use, wipe the lining with a damp cloth and let the suit air dry inside out, away from heaters and sun. Never soak leather or put it in a washing machine.
Twice a year, clean the outside with a leather cleaner and work in a thin coat of conditioner. Store the suit on a wide hanger in a breathable bag. Before each use, check stitching, rivets, buckles and D-rings.
